Lizzie Garland is a Senior Manager at KPMG. Lizzie specialises in complex change and transformation in the Higher Education sector. She has successfully collaborated with numerous Higher Education institutions to design and deliver major change initiatives, including Mergers, SRS Replacement, ERP Implementation, Financial Recovery and Target Operating Model Redesign programmes.

Lizzie has 10 years of experience of working on people-centric change programs, predominately in the Higher Education sector working with a wide range of research-intensive and post-92 UK universities. She is currently leading a project to support a network of HE and FE institutions with the Target Operating Model and full business case for a merger.
