Sarah Carter-Bell is the Knowledge Exchange Lead, driving research-policy engagement at UK Parliament. Her passion for research and its practical application began early in her career as a psychologist and evolved through roles spanning education management and policy development across non-departmental public bodies, a government department, local government and academia. At a university, Sarah provided strategic policy advice to the Vice Chancellor and Executive team and led research policy engagement. In her current role, she works to ensure Members of Parliament have access to the best available evidence by connecting researchers with parliamentary processes and enabling diverse, impactful engagement.
